NeoGen Plasma Skin Regeneration

NeoGen PSR or Plasma Skin Regeneration is FDA-Approved, ground-breaking technology in the medical aesthetics world. Clinically proven to safely initiate regeneration deep below the surface, and remodeling a natural skin architecture. The results are dramatic improvements in skin tone and textures including fine lines, deep wrinkles, acne scars, skin laxity, and discoloration. NeoGen PSR is a safe and effective non-surgical alternative to more invasive procedures like a facelift.

NeoGen PSR is FDA approved for all these indications: Wrinkles, Acne Scarring, Actinic Keratosis, Seborrheic Keratosis, Viral Papilloma, Pigmented Lesions & More.

  • Plasma is the fourth state of matter that is different from solids, liquids, and gases. It's a gas that's highly dissociated. Flame is the most common plasma in life. Under normal conditions, Nitrogen is a colorless and odorless gas. It accounts for 78% of the total amount of the atmosphere. Nitrogen is safe inert gas. Neogen’s ion beam uses 99.99% or more of medical nitrogen.

  • The NeoGen PSR device uses an ultra-high frequency (UHF) generator to convert nitrogen gas into pure nitrogen plasma energy. This thermal energy is then emitted from the handpiece in controlled pulses, delivering non-ablative heat deep into the dermis to activate the skin’s fibroblasts, triggering a wound-healing response. While the treated photodamaged layers remain intact, they form a natural dressing, offering protection and expediting the healing process. At higher energy levels, the epidermis sheds, but only after a new, healthier skin architecture is formed beneath.

  • - The plasma energy possesses the capability to purge oxygen from the targeted area, thus eliminating the risk of epidermal vaporization or charring during treatment, a feature not found in other ablative technologies.

-The unique energy delivered by NeoGen PSR is non-fractionated and not dependent on a chromophore or specific wavelength for efficacy.

-The depth of heat penetration is conducted by water in the skin, providing uniform energy absorption and ensuring consistent treatment of the skin. Depending on the selected energy level, it can penetrate as deep as reticular dermis causing a significant skin remodeling, without creating an open wound.

-NeoGen PSR simultaneously resurfaces, regenerates and tightens the skin, providing tailorable solutions to achieve patients’ desired outcome, such as a ‘lunchtime’ (low energy) to ‘transformational’ (high energy) treatment.  Treating the entire skin structure ensures optimal results as the entire surface is regenerated with associated neocollagenesis and neoelastogenesis.

-In addition to heat, nitrogen plasma has been found to be effective at damaging biofilms, bacterial cell walls and proteins, as well as changing intracellular pH, making it an effective modality for antimicrobial therapy, treatment of acne and increased skin permeability even at low-energy level treatments.

-Eyelids and Periorbital Treatment: NeoGen is ideal option for enhancing the appearance of the upper and lower eyelids and the surrounding periorbital region. It is known as non-surgical blepharoplasty, because of its unique ability to safely deliver precise plasma energy to the eyelid tissue without penetrating through to the cornea, resulting in dramatic improvements of periorbital region. This sets it apart from traditional laser treatments that may require corneal shields.

  • - No Open Wound, No Charring, No scabbing or Risk of infections

    - Deep heat penetration, to remodel full skin architecture

    - Regenerates, Resurfaces, Brightens and Tightens at the same time

    - Safe to treat on full orbital area

    - Antimicrobial, Antiviral heat properties

    - Immediate Elastin & Collagen Formation

    - Fibroblast Generation & Continued Regeneration

    - Major scar reduction

    - Pigments Elimination

    - Safe on all skin types!

  • Proper hydration will maximize results! By that, we mean topically, applying Hyaluronic Acid and internally, drinking electrolyte rich water. The thermal energy released by the plasma penetrates the skin more deeply by thermal conduction through water in the skin tissue. With poor hydration, more energy is absorbed superficially; the treatment can become more ablative, and the tissue desiccated. Good hydration leads to deeper penetration of the skin and leads to more efficacious treatment.

  • During your NeoGen PSR treatment, the surface of the skin is heated up however there will be no tissue damage. Immediately after the treatment, your face appears red, and then it will change to brown over a few days and a thin layer will flake off on its own.

  • NeoGen downtime after treatment is subjective and takes into consideration factors such as your age, your skin type, and your skin's personal ability to heal itself - Typically for Low Energy it's 3-5 days, and for High Energy, it's 5-10 days.

  • Yes! This is a treatment that can be tailored to your skin type & treatment indication.

  • Most patients that have low- energy treatments report a warmth to the skin, that feels similar to a mild sunburn. Low- energy treatments may not need numbing cream.

  • Within 3 weeks, depending on the treatment indication. Since NeoGen facilitates fibroblast generation as well as massive collagen production and elastin formation, your skin will continue to improve & will peak at around 12 months after treatments.

Agnes RF

The AGNES Radio Frequency Microneedling is a new approach to precise facial contouring without surgery. With its revolutionary tissue-specific needle system, Agnes RF is the perfect tools that can safely and non-invasively reduce fat in eye bags and under chin, sculpt the neck and jowl area, tighten wrinkles and enlarged pores as well as treat cystic acne with minimal downtime.

FAQ

  • Agnes RF is a versatile non-surgical radiofrequency (RF) treatment that targets various skin concerns. It is commonly used for:

    1. Acne: Effectively reduces acne by destroying sebaceous (oil) glands that cause breakouts, providing long-term relief from cystic acne and other persistent acne conditions.

    2. Eye Bags and Fine Lines: Tightens the skin around the eyes, reducing the appearance of under-eye bags, puffiness, and fine lines for a more youthful look.

    3. Double Chin: Reduces fat and tightens skin in the chin and neck area, helping to eliminate the appearance of a double chin.

    4. Jowls and Jawline Definition: Tightens the skin and reduces fat in the jowls, enhancing jawline definition.

    5. Wrinkles and Fine Lines: Smooths out fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen production, improving skin texture.

    6. Large Pores: Shrinks enlarged pores by tightening the skin and reducing oil production.

    7. Fat Reduction in Targeted Areas: Reduces small pockets of fat in areas like the neck, chin, or jowls.

    8. Scars: Helps reduce the appearance of scars, including acne scars, by promoting skin regeneration and remodeling.

Agnes RF is popular for its precision in treating these areas with minimal downtime.

  • Agnes uses the stable and focused radiofrequency energy to contract skin and unwanted fatty tissue through precise needle system. The needles have an insulated coating which protects other structures in the skin as well as the epidermis, minimizing downtime. The depth of the needle has been precisely designed to target the specific anatomical structure of the skin, for a precise application. It can pinpoint under eye bags, which often suggest age and fatigue; the RF energy is delivered to permanently reduce the fat. The minimally invasive treatment only requires topical or local anesthesia.

  • Many treatments can be performed with only numbing cream applied 20 minutes before the procedure. This allows the needles to pass through the skin virtually without any pain.

In the case of eye bag treatments and deeper treatments, local anesthetic injections may be used in addition to the numbing cream. In the case of active acne treatment, you may be advised to return in 24 to 48 hours for some light bipolar RF treatment plus further drainage of any remaining sebum/pus.

  • Yes, there is slight bruising and swelling that can last 4 to 7 days depending on the extent of the area treated. Smaller treatment areas have less downtime.

  • Benefits from a single treatment may be permanent but this does not mean you can treat everything in a single treatment. 2 or 3 treatments may be needed to get the best result. Results vary based on individual circumstances.

MicroNeedling

Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a non-invasive rejuvenation treatment that employs a handheld needle device to create controlled micro-wounds in the dermis. These micro-injuries trigger the body's natural healing process, promoting the production of new collagen and elastin without the risk of permanent scarring. The outcome is improved skin texture, enhanced skin firmness, and a noticeable reduction in wrinkles, stretch marks, and acne scars.

Microneedling also enhances the absorption of corrective serums rich in Hyaluronic Acid, peptides, stem cells, and our own PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), boosting the skin's nutrient utilization by up to 3000%. Experience results comparable to Fraxel laser treatments but with a lower risk profile and minimal downtime.

At Chiselle Aesthetic & Wellness, we provide advanced microneedling treatments with the Innopen Microneedling system, one of the most effective and safest needling pens for skin rejuvenation. This innovative treatment is designed to refresh, revitalize, and restore your skin’s youthful radiance. Book your appointment today and discover the transformative benefits of microneedling!

  • Microchanneling mesotherapy is a method for delivering skin-enhancing substances just below the skin's surface. It involves a specialized device with fine, shallow needles, smaller than human hair to create precise, uniform micro-channels in the skin. These micro-channels stimulate the skin's natural healing process, promoting the production of collagen and elastin, essential for maintaining healthy, youthful skin. This technique helps increase collagen production, improve skin pigmentation, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and decrease pore size.

  • Microchanneling is another non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment, that is similar to microneedling, but it uses a device that creates smaller microchannels, and more consistent in depth compared to traditional microneedling.

The micro-channels also facilitate deeper penetration of topical serums and active ingredients, enhancing their effectiveness.

  • Commonly used serums include those containing Hyaluronic Acid, brightening agents, neuromodulators, peptides, growth factors, and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).

Neuromodulators (e.g: Botox) Also known as MicroBotox injections or Botox Facial; the Micro channel Mesotherary device can deliver small aliquots of botox below the skin surface. In this more dilute and superficial dose, botox works differently and functions more specifically on the pilosebaceous units of the skin. The result is that skin appears smoother, more homogeneous, with improved skin tone and pore size.

Hyaluronic Acid: Hyaluronic Acid is what makes up the extracellular space between the body's cells. It is the primary ingredient in most facial fillers and in many medical grade skincare products. HA can be delivered using microchannel mesotherapy to plump and hydrate the skin, giving the skin a hydrated, full, and healthy glow.

Brightening agents: such as TXA, Kojic acid, Arbutin acid can be added to improve brown spots, uneven skin color, and dark circles under the eyes.

Platelet- Rich Plasma (PRP): PRP can also be used for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation treatments in men and women. Using growth factors like PRP, injections are made in the scalp in the areas of thinning hair or in the skin in the areas of damaged skin.

At Chiselle Aesthetic & Wellness, we offer advanced microchanneling treatments to help you achieve radiant, youthful skin. Our expert practitioners utilize the safest and latest technology to ensure optimal results with minimal discomfort and downtime. Chemical Peels

Mesopeel Periocular

Chemical peels are an important part of skin health. Professionally applied to the skin, these chemical solutions cause accelerated controlled exfoliation that allows dead or damaged surface cells to shed, while deeper layers of more youthful skin are revealed. This action is called cell turnover. This results in epidermal and dermal thickening, fading in pigment irregularities, and improvements in acne and acne scarring. The post-peel outcome is a glowing, healthy complexion.

FAQ

  • Everyone experiences different levels of peeling, dependent upon skin type, resilience, type of peel, and the number of layers applied. Some people experience 'sheeting' when large portions of the skin peel off at once. Some experience 'flaking', when small pieces of skin peel off, similar to dry, winter skin or mild peeling after sunburn. Others experience exfoliation that is not visible. If you don't peel, your skin is still exfoliating. In this case, the exfoliation is happening on a cellular level that can't be seen by the naked eye. Typically, the deeper the peel you receive, the more extensive peeling you will experience.

  • Chemical peels can be administered safely on all skin types, men and women, on the face, or any part of the body. At Chiselle Aesthetic & Wellness, we offer different kinds of peeling systems to ensure each patient is getting the safest peeling experience. Upon consultation, our aesthetician will be able to choose the right peeling system that best suits your skin type, concerns, and lifestyle.

  • Depending on the formulation of the peel, and the intensity of the treatment, downtime can vary from little redness that subsides shortly after the peel application to heavy shedding for a couple of days.

With medical-grade chemical peels, there is little to no downtime however, it will be easy to carry on with your regular daily life.

Thanks to advanced technology, we are now able to offer a very effective medical-grade peeling solution without the downtime of heavy shedding, which also allows us to pair it with another modality as microneedling, or microdermabrasion in order to obtain more advanced and targeted results in one session.

Peels with non to minimal shedding downtime:

    • Ekseption Peel

    • BioRePeelCl3

    • Mesoestetic Eye Peel

    Peels with moderate shedding downtime:

    • Vi Peel

Ekseption Peels

  • Ekseption peels use a new generation of polyhydroxy acids (PHA), including lactobionic and gluconolactone. These are less irritating than alpha hydroxy acids, providing more comfort at application and better results. Combined with other non-photosensitized acids to obtain synergies for maximum safety and results all throughout the year.

In addition, Ekseption peels are enriched with hyaluronic acids and peptides. The hyaluronic acid provides a gel texture for easier applications and a moisturizing effect. The peptides are infused into the skin together with the acids to reduce the effects of aging and hyperpigmentation.

  • Ekseption Peels are made of natural formulation, without preservatives, and free from ammonium hydroxide, tromethamine, and other harmful buffers. The pH is stabilized with sodium lactate, a component of the natural moisturizing factor NMF with moisturizing and keratolytic functions.

  • Ekseption peels are considered superficial to medium-depth peels; the intensity of the peel is dependent on the number of peel layers applied to the skin. Consequently, exfoliation could vary from little sloughing to skin shedding that should not cause a social downtime.

  • After one session the skin texture improves leaving a glowing complexion. However, for optimal results, Ekseption peels are best administered in series of 4 sessions once every 2-4 weeks with recommended prepping, remodeling, and aftercare programs.

  • Ekseption is a complete skincare range that carries multiple peeling programs that can be specifically tailored to each skin type and indication. These programs are based on different steps activation, peeling, repair, and remodeling. In order to optimize the results, the same active ingredients are found in powerful in-office peeling as in specific at-home pre and postcare products.

    • White up Peptide Peel

    • Ageless Peptide Peel

    • Pure Skin Peel

    • Couperix Peptide Peel

    • Retin oil Peel

BioRePeelCl3 is an innovative, bi-phasic Trichloroacetic peeling system with a bio-stimulating, revitalizing, and peeling action with very minimal social downtime.

BioRePeelCl3 Peels

  • The lipophilic phase (BLUE) floats on the hydrophilic one (YELLOW). It prevents trichloroacetic acid oxidation and stabilizes the formulation separating the aqueous phase from the oxidating atmosphere inside the ampoule. It consequently improves the performance and effectiveness of the product.

Once on the skin, it restores and maintains cutaneous hydro-lipidic film while increasing hydration and assisting with the vehiculation of active principles.

The hydrophilic phase (YELLOW) contains an innovative mix of TCA, alpha, beta, and polyhydroxy acids, amino acids, and vitamins.

Once the TCA is in contact with the skin, it activates the process of denaturation of the proteins of the outermost horny layer and activates the SSRS (Skin Stress Response System) in response to acid stress

The Hydrophilic phase promotes cell turnover by breaking corneocytes’ adhesion bonds and removing the outer corneal layer cells while allowing the penetration of actives deeper into the skin. It has 14 active ingredients that contribute to a profound stimulation of skin replication and biosynthetic process, essential to counter the effects of skin aging and oxidative damage induced by UV radiation and pollution through the neutralization of free radicals.

  • BioRePeelCl3 is excellent in anti-aging due to it containing all the essential amino acids and vitamins your skin needs.

The BLUE FND (face, neck, and decollete) contains 35% TCA and GABA which is a muscle relaxant and thereby reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles. TCA is a great exfoliant that helps in fading all discoloration like sun spots, melasma…etc

Furthermore, the treatment is suitable for young skin during acute stages of acne, and blackheads with recent or fresh scarring.

The Body Gold peel contains 50% TCA, and is ideal for feet, knees, elbows, buttocks, and anywhere on the body.

  • Thanks to the brilliant innovation of the biphasic TCA peeling system, which allows gaining all the positives from a skin proliferation and renewal process without the social downtime like other peeling systems in the market with similar strength. Someone might experience little to no flaking depending on the intensity of the treatment and if the peel application was combined with another modality or not.

  • Optimal results are achieved in 4-6 treatments once every 7-12 days.

  • BioRePeelCl3 can be administered as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with another type of exfoliation, enzymatic or mechanical like hydraderm, dermaplaning, or microdermabrasion to improve its performance and results

Depending on what are we looking to treat, we can also use BioRePeelCl3 in synergy with other treatments to achieve more targeted results:

    • MICRONEEDLING

    • INJECTABLE TREATMENTS (before)

    • PHOTOSTIMULATION (before)

    • RADIOFREQUENCY (after)

    • TOPICAL TREATMENT (before)

  • The acids, amino acids, and vitamins contained in BioRePeelCl3 are:

    • TCA Trichloroacetic acid, 35% in BLUE FNB and 50% in Gold Body.

    • Poly-hydroxy acids: Lactobionic acid

    • Beta-hydroxy acids: Salicylic acid

    • Alpha-hydroxy acids: Tartaric acid, citric acid

    • Amino acids: Glycine, Proline, Hydroxyproline, Arginine

    • Vitamins: C and B2

    • Lifting agent: GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid)

    • Squalane

    • Isopropyl Myristate

The periocular skin is very thin and because of that it is more susceptible to fine lines and wrinkles and even becoming thinner. Since the skin around our eyes shows signs of aging earlier than the rest of the face, we at Chiselle aesthetic and wellness, recommend that you always give your eyes a little extra care as a standalone treatment or as an add-on to your regular facials.

Mesopeel Periocular was specifically developed by mesoestetic laboratories to safely treat all imperfections in the eye area targeting wrinkles in the eyelids (upper and lower), crow’s feet, hyperpigmentation, flaccidity, loss of tissue density, under-eye circles, and loss of brightness.

Followed by a nourishing cooling mask, your eyes will get revitalized instantly without any downtime.

The Mesopeel Periocular is featured in our Eye Rejuv treatment, and we recommend to be performed in a series of 4 sessions, once every 2 weeks.

VI Peel

VI Peel is regarded to be a virtually pain-free medium depth medical grade peel that is safe on all skin types; it is effective in softening fine lines and wrinkles, treating acne yet gentle enough to rejuvenate eyes and neck areas.

  • Whether you are seeking prevention, correction, or maintenance of results, there is a VI Peel protocol for you. For preventative care, the VI Peel should be done quarterly to maintain optimum skin health. For correction and greatest impact, perform your VI Peels in a series. Most conditions require 2-4 treatments, but those that require dermal remodeling will require a few more. For best results, space treatments at 4-6 weeks intervals to follow our body's cell renewal cycle.

  • VI Peel has a proprietary blend of acids, composed of Retinoic, TCA, Salicylic, Phenol, and Ascorbic Acid; each with an active percentage of less than 15%. Formulated to be safe for all skin tones and concerns.

Retinoic Acid: This powerhouse acid penetrates the skin inhibiting melanin production and increasing cell turnover.

Trichloroacetic Acid: TCA then targets signs of aging by boosting collagen and exfoliating the skin.

Salicylic Acid: Prevents inflammation by killing bacteria and exfoliating the inside walls of pores.

Phenol: This is the secret weapon that numbs the skin allowing for a painless application.

Ascorbic Acid: A powerful antioxidant that reverses free radical damage, evens skin tone and prevents future damage.

  • For the week leading up to your peel, you’ll be asked to stop using prescription retinoids as well as any products that contain alpha hydroxy acids, like glycolic acid; beta hydroxy acids, like salicylic acid; or benzoyl peroxide.

You’ll also need to avoid waxing, electrolysis, depilatory creams, and laser hair removal for a week before the procedure.

These ingredients and treatments can temporarily weaken the integrity of the skin’s protective barrier and make skin more prone to burning and irritation.

  • Most importantly, is to avoid sun exposure and all activities that cause sweating for 48 hours after any of our peeling treatments. Following detailed post-care instructions recommended by our medical aesthetician, will enhance your results and keep redness to a minimum.

Immediately after your peel, your skin will look darker, as pigmentation is brought to the surface.

By day two and three (before your skin starts to peel), it won’t be so apparent that you’ve had a chemical peel, and you’ll be able to return to your regular activities. But it’s important to follow your provider’s recovery guidelines closely.

The peeling process will continue for about a week, possibly a little longer. Exfoliating can be anything from flaking to full strips of skin coming off. We suggest scheduling your treatment on a Wednesday, or Thursday so you’ll have the worst of the peeling over the weekend.

As tempting as it may be, don’t pick at your skin while it’s peeling; just allow the skin to slough off naturally. Picking or peeling can increase your risk of bleeding, prolonged redness, hyperpigmentation, and even scarring. Because the peel is medium-depth, your “new” skin” will be sensitive, and it may look red if you have fair skin. Avoiding sun exposure while your skin heals is also key to optimal results. Always use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher

Dynamic wrinkles are formed due to repeated facial expressions. Every time we smile, laugh or frown, our skin creases or folds in the same way. This results in wrinkles known as crow’s feet, forehead creases and mouth frown. These wrinkles are difficult to treat because even after the most effective treatment, we continue to have the same facial expressions that the body will ‘remember’ and eventually create new wrinkles or reinforce old ones.

Fine wrinkles are superficial wrinkles seen on dry ‘crepe paper’ skin. They appear mostly on the cheeks and treating them is relatively simple. Bothered by some facial lines and maybe wondering if you ever can erase them of your face?! Schedule a complimentary consultation with our cosmetic injector experts to discuss different injectable solutions and what would be the best option for you.
